After giving it the ole’ college try for a few semesters, Macie knew that her calling was not on the traditional career path. After coming home, she contemplated attending a local community college but fate stepped in. “A family friend recommended I try esthetics school. After visiting The Salon Professional Academy, I figured I’d give it a shot and within the first week I was hooked!” When it comes to esthetics, Macie is most passionate about SkinPen Microneedling, educating clients and continuing her own education. “I love helping clients understand the how and why of each service and product. My ideal client would say they left feeling informed and assured that everything I recommended was in their best interest.” Passions outside of the spa include music and a lifelong love of basketball. “I was named after a basketball player, Kyle Macy, so I’ve always been a die-hard Kentucky Basketball fan.”
