Cancellation Policy

Due to our Service Providers high demand on time, we require a 24 Hour notice on cancellations. Any cancellations made after that 24 Hour period will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services booked. We understand things happen! Please give us a call to get rescheduled!

No Show or Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to any appointment, you may be asked to be rescheduled for another time and date. If you have no showed an appointment, you may be required to pay a deposit to book any future appointments.

Redo/Refund Policy

It is always our goal to have you leaving our salons feeling like your best self! If for any reason you are unhappy with your services, please give us a call immediately to book a redo appointment.

Retail Refund Policy

If you have brought a product from us and are unhappy with it, you have 14 days from purchase to get a full refund! You have up to 30 days for an exchange from purchase date. Anything passed 30 days from purchase will not be honored.
